First time to the us and it was so love made very special for my family because the service of racquel, benny and Veronica. They made it so special for my sons suprise 16th birthday truly went above and beyond. Thank you NEW YORK for such a great time

The Manhattan Times Square is a great location for Broadway shows and sightseeing. Not only friendly staff - shout out to Racquel who checked us in and was a great host and guide - but also the rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. Definitely recommend.

During my stay at the hotel, i interacted with both Allison and Aylee who were members of the Hotel staff. The service provided by them was highly commendable, they were very professional, kind and courteous to my family and myself. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

First off you walk into this hotel and think "oh this ain't bad" it had sparkly chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, bell boys etc. We were given room 1140 by a young black lady who was so rude it was like she was pissed that she had to deal with a tourist, once i seen the room i wanted to cry, the plug sockets were slanted and wobbly, the wires… Read more
First off you walk into this hotel and think "oh this ain't bad" it had sparkly chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, bell boys etc. We were given room 1140 by a young black lady who was so rude it was like she was pissed that she had to deal with a tourist, once i seen the room i wanted to cry, the plug sockets were slanted and wobbly, the wires on the lamps were showing, the wallpaper was peeling and hanging off, the sheets were white and the toilet was clean which is a big thing for me but the plastic on the bottom of the bath was warped, the corners of the bathroom were absolutely disgusting! The pillows are feathered so very hit and miss, i didn't mind them but daughter couldn't get comfortable with them and you can control the temp of the room which was a bonus as it was -15 when we were there and the windows are very thin so let in a lot of draft. One morning at 2٫40 I was woken by an English couple nearly killing each other, that went on for at least 2 hours, doors slamming, screaming etc.Not what you want to hear on holiday. The day we were leaving there was a Hyspanic lady behind the counter who couldn't do enough for us, she was lovely and so helpful. Racquel at the check in desk was very welcoming and helpful. She not only told us about the hotel amenities but also if the surrounding events and restaurants. Our room looked newly renovated, it was clean and comfy. We also had great views and access to the Times Square activities.
