Great but no chance of a refund!

The room was huge and a perfect base for our pre-Christmas trip. Location was great! However we’ve been back over a month and still not received a refund of our room deposit and they have no email and don’t respond to the form on their website. All in all really great trip just ruined by the after sales help.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times now. I would never stay anywhere else. The staff at this hotel are amazing and make you feel so welcome. The doormen in particular. The rooms are a great size and make it a very comfortable stay. The beds are fantastic. Amazing location close enough to lots of things. Would I stay here again 100%

We stayed here for 4 nights as a couple and also with friends to celebrate my birthday and spend New Year in New York City. The room was very spacious with a massive bed, with clean, fresh white sheets. It was very comfy. Every day our room was cleaned and fresh towels provided, if needed. Reception and the concierge were very helpful, booking a taxi to the airport, advising us about how to get to tourists points across the city. Due to taxes, we were able to spend $15 in their 'tuck shop' each day. However, there were some points which let the room down. The air conditioning unit was filthy and only blew warm air out, it was hot at night and the windows did not open. The bathroom did not have a working extractor fan, so it was hot and steamy all the time. We were only on the 3rd floor and the noise from outside was constant all night. The location was fab and walking distance to most major attractions the city has to offer. We had a nice breakfast in the diner next door. Overall the hotel stay was pleasant enough. Read less

Incredible service. Staff super nice and helpful. Jean E David went out of his way to get me out to the airport on time and was extremely courteous. Clearly seems like the management knows how to take care of its employees as they all seem to be very happy at their workplace. Thanks again Jean!
