Great hotel! Very personalized touch, high level of service. Shoutout to Justin for helping me out with figuring out the train to Liberty airport, and just being really friendly! I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, this one is comfortable, stylish, unique, and with great staff.

Excepcional service and hospitality! All the front desk staff are very friendly and attentive. Victor was particularly very helpful and his check in was very efficient. Also Housekeeping team does an excellent job! Impeccable cleanliness. Room was flawless! Kudos.

The hotel is lovely, staff were amazing! Victor sent slippers and robes to our room after a very long flight and travelling to the hotel was delayed by traffic which we very much appreciated! All staff went out of their way to help with any queries we had!

A clean room and helpful, friendly staff in a very convenient location for very competitive prices. I stayed one night and had no issues, walking distance to a number of destinations and public transit stops. Lots of food options are nearby as well.

It was a wonderful experience, everything was amazing and I'm really thankful for the surprise ( the welcome with CR7 personalized items ) you give my mom because of her birthday, it gave a plus to my birthday present for her, and the stay there was very comfortable,.
