Pros - great location, stylish decor, ‘the pantry’ refreshment room a nice touch but Kixby has to justify the resort fees somehow, fresh towels daily, ample continental breakfast, well equipped room. Cons - tired mattress that’s sunken causing back pain, lumpy pillows, noisy heater/ac unit, no drapes at the windows (light and draft coming through the Venetian blinds), tiles in the shower grimy. All in all a decent stay. Resort fees are on the high end, so that complimentary branded water bottle and the flavoured water and coffees in the pantry, which were constantly running out, are not a freebie, we’re all paying $30 a day for it! The Kixby staff was all great. Jose even helped me to my taxi and made me feel so welcome. The rooms are top quality. The showers have three shower heads. The elevators are quick, although a little difficult to scan your room key. The location is perfect. Don't be hesitant to stay here at all. I stayed four nights.

Great boutique hotel with helpful staff, especially concierge Jose. Rooftop bar must be great in summer - less so in January! Useful burger restaurant and bar next door. Location made it easy to get around on foot or subway. Would go back anytime

Stayed here as part of my 60th Birthday celebrations, mid-town hotel, sat between Fifth & Six Avenues so very local & close to Times Square, Central Park and Broadway. Very comfortable hotel, two good bars, very helpful staff, would stay there again.
