It may sit in one of the world’s priciest zip codes, but the radically revamped Kimpton Hotel Eventi has taken over an entire block of Manhattan – proudly showing off that fact with a wall of street-level windows giving passers-by glimpses of its dining and drinking venues. Of course, as a guest, you get to experience the glitzy world beyond those windows (and beyond the view-grabbing floor-to-ceiling windows in every guestroom). Part chic hotel, part art gallery (both in keeping with its artsy Chelsea address), its new lobby feels more like a designer’s living room thanks to the fashion-forward furniture, coffee table books, and warmly lit artworks. And, within four blocks of the Empire State Building, The High Line, and Macy’s, there’s no shortage of dining outside, but Chef Laurent Tourondel has made ‘dining in’ a must, with his Italian-influenced and industrial-styled L’Amico and The Vine.

City View King Rooms are 275 sq ft and offer fantastic views of Midtown Manhattan with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

City View King Deluxe Rooms are slightly larger than the City View King Rooms at 300 sq ft also offering fantastic views of Midtown Manhattan with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Queen Queen Rooms are the largest room type at 325 sq ft with 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Great place to stay in midtown. Staff is lovely and very accommodating. You can even have tea kettles delivered to your room. Walkable location to shopping like Macy’s and Nordstrom Rack. Rooms are very nice and spacious for NYC. I have stayed here multiple times and prefer to book Here when coming to NYC

Had an amazing stay at Eventi! It never disappoints. This is our go to hotel every time we are in NYC. They truly make you feel at home and like family! We were greeted by Emily who was beyond accommodating and kind! We happened to be checking in during wine hour, which is definitely a treat! We had some wine and the check in was super easy. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The beds are incredible and everything is super comfortable. We also stopped by the bar downstairs for a drink before dinner which was fantastic. Shoutout to the bartenders for making great martinis! We stayed all weekend and it was one of the best weekends we’ve had! All of the staff are amazing! The ambiance and atmosphere makes you feel cozy and at home. When we were checking out we had Jenn help us, who was the sweetest and caring! She made sure our stay was perfect throughout the whole weekend. Shoutout to both Jenn’s who are at the front for helping us with getting a tea kettle and helping us with any questions/assistance we needed. Truly our favorite hotel in New York City! Read less

Just returned from Kimpton Eventi stay. Can't say how pleased and cared for I felt during the stay. Celine checked us in and out going above my expectations for helpfulness and concern about comfort during the stay. Larry, the elevator/lobby staff member was controlling the lobby area and watching the elevator use. He called to us and indicated the elevator awaited while making sure that lobby/bar patrons were overseen for safety. The restaurant hostess was so concerned about getting a place for us to enjoy a meal. Restaurant was unusually full, but she tried to get room at the bar or expedite a take out order. It was desserts that were delicious, and the bar staff made sure water was immediately available until our capaccino and desserts were ready. Coffee made to order to suit our non dairy need by helpful staff behind the bar. All staff gave us an enjoyable, safe, welcoming, "exceeding our expectations" experience.
