It was our first time in New York City. We really spent a funny and interesting week visiting a lot of neighborhoods around Manhattan. The Intercontinental NY Time Square was really perfect, we recommend it. Thanks to Jessica, she was very professional and simpatic !!! See you soon...!!!

Add on fees, expressed by the hotel as “an amenity fee” made this hotel a disappointment. It was a good location, and the rooms were nice, but the intellectual dishonesty of adding fees just to make the upfront price look better, made for a disappointing experience.

He was a mine of information and couldn’t do enough for us. He turned a visit to the bar into a fabulous evening. Read less

The carpet in our room was wore out and the outlet in the lamp was falling out. I let them know, but they didn't do anything. For a luxury hotel at a high cost having obvious maintenance issues is unacceptable..............................
