Queen High Floor Oversized City View Rooms have city views with 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

King Suites have a separate lounge space featuring a sofa bed and seating area. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adultsKing High Floor Skyline View Suites are located on the 40th floor and above and have views of the Chrysler Building. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.King Times Square View Suites are located on the 44th floor and have a separate lounge, sofa bed and soaking tub. King City View Terrace Suites are located on the 40th floor, have a terrace, separate lounge, and soaking tub. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. 

Times Square Presidential Terrace Suite is located on the 40th floor and has separate lounge and sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

We had a great time visiting NY. We stayed in 3 places. This hotel was convenient and local to so much we wanted to see. We walked to most places and could see time square from our hotel, which was really nice. The market in the morning served wonderful breakfast foods too. The beds were comfortable enough. It was clean enough.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located near Times Square. I wanted to be near a theater which is why I chose this hotel. I would stay here again. I booked with a travel agent so I was able to get breakfast included but never got the chance to try it out. We did use our hotel credit to get snacks before the flight.

Excellent location, good service especially from the people on the front desk. Kind of pricey, but this is New York. For business purposes this is a very good option, located a block away from Time Square and Broadway theaters. There is no restaurant at the hotel but plenty of options around

Location is the best. One block from Time Square. Room had lots of space. Service was top notch. The attached store in the lobby has great breakfast items is reasonably priced for New York. I recommend buying your alcohol for your room from the little store.

Room was not ready at 430 and staff told me "it would be a few minutes" fast forward and after asking the staff about my room 1 hour later we decided to check our bags and walk around. While I understand sometimes the rooms cant be ready just tell me it will be a while, accomodate me and let me leave and not be stuck in the very small lobby. Read less
