Good price, great condition, excellent location. Also I left one of my valuables in my room after checking out, but the security team—including Danny, JB, Alex, Jahaida, and Jay—went above and beyond to locate it and send it back to me. The packaging was also air tight so that my fragile device would not get broken on its way. Thank you.

Caught on the elevator about 30 minutes. No one cared. When I finally got off....they demanded to see my ID. Which was in my room...that i was trying to get to. When I made my way down to the desk, they continued to insist that I show my ID, no remorse, no promises to look into the elevator problem...just continued with the fact that I would leave my ID in the room. The location was great with several neighborhood restaurants and drink establishment around the corner. There are plenty of good parking garages and lots near the hotel which made driving in an easy choice for us. The hotel Edison is a good choice for a weekend or longer in NYC with Theaters and Restaurants nearby ,I highly recommend staying here. Read less
