Exceptional! Very clean room, friendly and helpful staff, and obviously the free breakfast perk. Location was perfect. I walked everywhere. And the value for the price was unbeatable. A stay like this elsewhere would be twice as much. And even though it was in the middle of everything, I didn’t hear any music or noise at night!

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The daily breakfast and 24 hour coffee/tea/water bar on the 1st floor was exactly what we were looking for. We stayed in a king bed, city-view room with the Empire State Building right outside the window. It had all the amenities that we needed, including in-room safe for valuables. I don’t think the room was two small for two people staying a week as we were out most of the time anyway. We arrived an hour early and they had availability to check us in, which was very nice and accommodating, but they also have a locked luggage room free of charge to check your bags in before check in or post check out depending on your travel plans. We used it after check out and had no issues. I would recommend this hotel for its staff, location, amenities, and price. Read less

Pretty solid all around, no complaints there was free breakfast heater worked perfectly TV was a little bit outdated, but everyone has phones. You can watch anything on your phone or an iPad. Everything awesome views were amazing close walk to everything staff excellent.rooms clean. This was the second time in stayed in this hotel. And definitely will stay again, love the location and hospitality of everyone there. Can’t wait to stay again

Clean , Convenient Location and Friendly Staff , Rooms are small but Typical for Manhattan , most of all very friendly and helpful staff, - Trip Advisor for insist on 200 characters- If the staff wasn’t so friendly I would skip posting this review because forcing 200 characters is unnecessary!!
