We spent 3 nights here before our cruise & returned for the day once we disembarked in New York ready for our flight home yesterday. The hotel is lovely & very clean & is a perfect location. The staff was absolutely amazing, they really do go above & beyond to help & assist you in any way they can. We highly recommend. Anne & John.

It was so nice to be able to check in early without charge. Everything was just as it needed to be and so close to everything. Staff at check in were so friendly and helpful and quick. Other Hiltons in the area would not let us check in early and charged to hold our bags.

The hotel was great- clean, quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. I met Lynn in the lobby and she was a great brand ambassador- super friendly. She made me smile on my way to work. I highly recommend staying here. The location is also great!

Great time loving everything having a blast want to come back someday hopefully sooner than later. Love walking around and enjoying all New York has to offer so many great restaurants and amazing attractions just in awe of the beautiful buildings
