The hotel is really nice, everybody from the service is friendly, Lynn is really nice and she can help you with anything you need, the breakfast is worth every penny. Overall, great experience, I recommend this hotel for food, service and location!

We could control the heating and air con in our room, for us, another good point. The breakfast was a very welcome start to the day, as was the complimentary hot drinks in the lobby after a days sight seeing. All the staff were polite and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and a decent size. The hotel is perfectly placed in the Centre and does not charge any resort fees. The free buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day and the hot and cold drinks station in the lobby was a welcome bonus when returned from a cold day exploring the city. The hotel has a bag storage facility if you have checked out but don’t fly until later and will organise a car service at a set price if required. Overall I can definitely recommend booking this hotel. Read less
