Had a very pleasant stay for 6 nights. Family of 4 with two queen beds. Decent size room by NY standards. Close to MSG and walking distance to midtown but in a quiet location. Staff friendly, beds comfy. This place gets the basics right. Thanks for a great stay.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in Newyork , the staff are amazing, the hotel is amazing, the location is amazing, clean bedrooms, the most comfortable bed ever .reception can’t help enough, every single member of staff , very very helpful, and free coffee and fruit all day , can’t wait to return ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Room was clean and comfortable, Staff were excellent, fresh towels and beds made daily. The location was brilliant - 5 minute walk to Madison Square garden and Penn station…subway at end of the street making getting around the city very easy. I couldn’t fault this hotel and would definitely book again for a return visit. We were a party of 2 adults, a 16 and 12 year old. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so I can’t comment on food but there are so many options close by. If you are thinking of booking and want an affordable central location in NYC this is a great option! Read less

We REALLY liked this Hilton, which we chose because it was close to Penn Station, several Subway lines, close to Broadway but not right next to Broadway (which can be rowdy and unbearably noisy/busy). The room was quite spacious for Manhattan, with a King-size bed (YES!) and updated bathroom with LOTS of hot water. We slept well, used the fridge for left-overs, and enjoyed the peace after roaming Manhattan. The staff was genuinely friendly and smiley, even though they were working Xmas day and weekend.
