Lots of hair in the bed sheets - disgusting - we will not be back

The hotel is in a good location, staff is friendly, however, we will not stay here again. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. But the worst thing was the amount of hair in the bed - eyelashes, long hair, pubic hair etc. It was disgusting and we could not sleep. Thankfully we only stayed here 1 night.

The room/ bathroom, pool, and hallways were kept extremely clean. The staff was easily engaged in conversation and polite. Compliments to the chef as well as the servers in the restaurant. The food was fabulous, and service was wonderful. It is clear the staff work very hard.

The room with the spa in it was everything we hoped for and more, and we loved the location. Everything we needed was within arms reach. The restaurant had a lot of different options, and the amenities of the hotel was unmatched. Everything was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable.
The hotel is a dump now.
