The bathroom was a good size. Self parking was free. There was a Starbucks and pizza shop on the main floor. There were lots of elevators and they ran fast, so we never had to wait long for one. The spa there was WONDERFUL!!!! I had a facial and massage and they were both fantastic and it smelled wonderful! Everyone was very nice. Not Positives: The hotel is a bit dated compared to others we have stayed at in Las Vegas. The carpet in the room was old/mashed down. The sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain. There was a loud noise of some kind of machine running constantly that we could hear in our room and we could hear the shower in the next room every time they turned it on. There was no coffee in the room and the refrigerator was in the closet. It seems that every hotel with a casino requires that you walk through it to get to ANYTHING (check in/lobby, restaurants, shops & parking garage) and smoking is allowed there. There was a STRONG smell of ozone (that cleans the air of smoke) every time we walked through. Overall it was a good value for the money spent if you cannot to stay at one f the newer hotels. an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arriving late at night after a long day of travel, I had to wait nearly an hour to check in at the front desk. When I finally got to my room, I was assigned one of the worst rooms imaginable, with a view of nothing but a cement wall and a rooftop. Exhausted, I went straight to bed. The next morning, I woke up feeling congested and unwell. When I went to shower, I noticed the bathroom was in an appalling state. The shower curtain reeked of mildew, and to my horror, a fecal-stained washcloth was hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The room was clearly not cleaned properly, and I was left wondering what kind of bacteria I had been exposed to during my stay. I immediately went to the front desk with pictures. They apologized and credited me back the resort fees, which I appreciated. The clerk assured me that the room would be thoroughly cleaned and asked if I would be present. I informed her I wouldn’t be, and she promised the issue would be resolved in my absence. Six hours later, I returned to find the room in the exact same dirty condition. I called the front desk again to report the situation, and the clerk said she spoke with the housekeeping supervisor, who would send someone to clean the room that evening. However, she could not provide a specific time. No further compensation was offered for this constant inconvenience, and I wasn’t even given the option to switch to a different room. The lack of accountability and basic hygiene standards was unacceptable. I’m writing this honest review with photos to warn others about my experience. Hopefully, no one else has to endure this level of neglect and poor service. Read less

I went to a show and had to go back to registration a second time to get the right room. Once they assign me the room I had requested which was a panoramic room, the room was unable to be panoramic. The room had tempered glass and you could not see put the window to get one good photo. I did not want to go back to registration a third time, so I decided to just stay in that room. I was here to celebrate my 40th birthday and that is the reason I wanted at least a nice view. Read less

Dont have the basics even - dental kit, shaving kit, bathroom slippers. Charge $20 for wach cutlery or spoon asked. Construction going on 24x7 above and in the rooms next to us which was noisy the whole time. Housekeeping staff dont bother. Dusty desks in rooms, bathroom shower very rusty. Wouldnt book again.

Rooms were clean, service was as expected, casino floor was also clean and attendants were helpful and around if needed. Overall great stay, great for us without the kids; arcade was small so if the kids had been with us, might have looked elsewhere but also would have been enough it wouldn't really have been needed.
