576 suites on 38 floors in 3 buildings with 5 lifts per tower. All with air-conditioning, 42" flat-screen HDTV, complimentary WiFi access (included in resort fee), iHome clock radio, safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities, fully equipped kitchenette, dedicated seating area, and luxurious bathroom with whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. Signature Deluxe Suites with 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Deluxe Balcony Suites and Deluxe Balcony Strip View Suites are the same as Deluxe Suites, with the addition of a private balcony. 

One Bedroom Balcony Suites and One Bedroom Balcony Strip View Suites are 900 sq ft with a full kitchen, spacious living room, private balcony, and master bedroom with deluxe king-size bed and 2 luxurious bathrooms, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Delights (gourmet delicatessen, open for all day dining). Starbucks®. The Lounge (bar). Additional restaurants and bars at MGM Grand. 

Live shows, DJ sets, and performances at MGM Grand including Cirque du Soleil.

This hotel has a resort fee of $50 plus tax per room, per day (payable locally, subject to change).

Nice amount of hotel space but far from the strip. There are walkways connecting you to MGM Grand but it’s also a bit of a walk. Loved the fireplaces and there was a heated outdoor pool. There are no direct casinos in this hotel but once again it connects to MGM Grand. I love the monorail is close and the rooms are spacious.

No hot water and worse till the water was a trickle. Please ensure yu shower before you come to stay at the property and be prepared not to shower for your stay. Customer service terrible and they only visit the site between 11 and 3 pm. Blankets were dirty. Never again

When we stood there recently... we were neighbors with a couple that was fighting and screaming. Our children were frightened. I called security and I guess the gentleman that was staying in the room with an irate female named Liliana, I know their name because it was being screamed out by the gentleman over and over again. When we stood there recently... we were neighbors with a couple that was fighting and screaming. Our children were frightened. I called security and I guess the gentleman that was staying in the room with an irate female named Liliana, I know their name because it was being screamed out by the gentleman over and over again. Security showed up and removed the lady from the room. We were listening at the door and security was saying that she was a maid there at the signature and it seems that a policy should be in place that has a ZERO FRATERNIZATION POLICY. I heard it with my own ears that she is an employee there. That kind of domestic violence drama ruined our second night. do better when screening your employees. The gentleman was clearly shaken at the violence that lady was doing to him. we will stay somewhere else next time. we have been patrons for over ten years and it clearly is a disappointment to see an employee get escorted out of her place of business. Beautiful property and beautiful rooms walking distance to the Strip, either through the MGM Grand Resort, or via Harmon. We had beautiful views of McCarran Airport, The Sphere, and the F1 Paddock at night. Make sure you're not surprised by the resort fee at booking and check-in. Resort fee should be excluded or reduced during winter months.
