Image of the Tripadvisor rating Beautiful hotel but terrible cocktail service

Jan 24, 2025 Anita E

Fabulous hotel and restaurants, the rooms are very comfortable and the casino area is beautiful but the drinks/cocktail service is absolutely terrible compared to other hotels on the strip and we have stayed in plenty over the 20 years we have been visiting - we managed to get 1 drink in over 2 hours playing !!!!!!!!

Like many folks I find myself in Vegas for business at least once a year. This is the best hotel experience I have had in Vegas in decades. Clean, modern, thoughtful, comfortable! Fitness center is world class. Extremely comfortable beds, thick doors, terrific room lighting. My wife had decided she was done with Vegas many trips ago but she… Read more

Fitness center is world class. Extremely comfortable beds, thick doors, terrific room lighting. My wife had decided she was done with Vegas many trips ago but she agreed to come on a lark and Fontainebleau won her over! I am now indebted to them because I am almost certain she will come back the next time I have to go. Read less

This would be a 5 star review, hotel is brand new, very beautiful, room is amazing, bed, pillows, bath, everything top notch. IMO the nicest cassino in the strip. However there are a few negatives, being: 1) Digital customer service - I'm trying to get in touch with the hotel to get a folio that should've being sent digitally to me and it is… Read more

However there are a few negatives, being: 1) Digital customer service - I'm trying to get in touch with the hotel to get a folio that should've being sent digitally to me and it is completely impossible. 2) Location - Far from the strip, you will need to take an Uber for almost everything 3) Expansive- Everything costs a lot inside the hotel. Image of the Tripadvisor rating beautiful new clean hotel, great beds and service.

Jan 22, 2025 Zohan F Dallas, Texas

comfortable clean rooms. The restaurants were WAY overpriced but the quality was good. Just ridiculous high prices and no other options in this hotel or anywhere nearby. The beds and pillows were very quiet. Dont get room facing the strip rd or you will be blinded all night by a 300 ft tall electronic billboard.
