Love this boutique hotel. The casino is.smaller but nice. Getting to your room is a breeze. We especially like Angelina at the interlude bar. Her drinks are fabulous. She makes amazing martinis and is very personable. Our favorite Caesar’s property.

Arrived 04Jan25 for a comp room booked through Caesar’s VIP line via rewards app. Upon arrival was informed that only room available was not the room requested. This was not a big deal as we had arrived later on a Saturday and were only staying two nights. But the room itself was really rough and a bit dirty. Definitely not acceptable (also had major plumbing issue). I explained these issues with the front desk attendant Justin and was told he would relay these issues to management when they arrive at 10:00 am. I did receive a call and was offered a room change and a $25 food/bev credit. The next room was much better maintained and all plumbing worked as intended and did not pose any health issues. At check out the $25 credit was applied to our room charge (breakfast) and we enjoyed our final night. Well I got home today to find another small charge from Cromwell front desk on my CC statement which was not on my folio. I called VIP line/Cromwell and there are no notes regarding the charge, so I am given the Caesar’s billing hotline. Once in touch with a Cromwell agent I am told that I took gummy worms and pringles from the mini bar (I certainly did not). I understand these items are weighed and steer clear of them. I was asked at check out if I took anything from the minibar to who I answered “no”, and so was the gentleman checking out next to me so I figured part of Cromwell checkout process. This is a small charge, but pretty insulting after the issues with the room. And the lack of transparency at check out if there was a thought that I may have taken items. Mention it then! Vegas gets enough of my money I’m not trying to be cheap over a can of chips and bag of worms? Be better Caesar’s/Cromwell Read less

This hotel is so far past it’s prime. It’s actually kind of sad considering what this place used to be. It’s tired and worn down with a front desk staff (except for a couple of people) that don’t at all care. Elevators Good luck having both elevators working at the same time. There was only one elevator working during the entirety of my stay and nobody had any idea why both weren’t working. Guest Rooms Good luck finding a room that has everything in it, thats supposed to be there such as telephones, lamps, etc.. And it would require even more luck finding a room that doesn’t have a plumbing issues be it drainage back up or sewer smells. Cleanliness of the rooms is another issue. Dust all over and hair in the bathrooms. Valet Parking There apparently is no rhyme or reason as to the hours of the valet parking. The valet parking attendants are super friendly, but they don’t staff enough of them to have it running with any consistency. Front Desk This is probably the weakest aspect of a hotel. There are two people that work Sunday evenings, they lead and an agent that are absolutely delightful and not like anybody else that works at the front desk at this hotel. The rest of them are devoid of personality, don’t care to actually do anything to help people to the point of being rude and then you have one manager that lies to cover up when she forgets to do things and another manager that doesn’t even have any idea what it means to resolve issues. Casino the casino is the only consistently good part of the hotel. Dealers are friendly, cocktail servers are friendly, pit bosses are friendly. Read less

Guy at check in said they ran out of king rooms. Ok I can understand that but you downgrade me?!? Im a diamond member as well and this is how they treat me. For the inconvenience he gave me $50 food credit for the whole time. I went back multiple times and still no other room and the only thing they upgraded it to $75 total for two people for 6 nights. No empathy or anything! Crappy thing is even though he “changed” it to 75 I still had to pay over the 50. He just said that and did not change it overall. There is no host there on site and even the host at caesars palace could not help. Yea do not recommend trying this boutique hotel! Read less

Lots of Pros and Cons....so make a decision based on what is important to you in your travels. Pros: Easy transportation drop off right outside the lobby doors. Excellent bell desk, greeted us at the taxi and took care of the bags. Even gave us a sack of bottled water to save us from having to buy the expensive bottles in the room. 5th floor had an incredible view of the Bellagio fountain, Ole' Red and the traffic at the intersection. Comfortable beds with good pillows. Unique decoration with black out curtains. Outstanding front desk who wants to grant requests (yes, the $20 got us a much better view and quiet room) Cons: Dirty room, even after a note left numerous days for housekeeping. Missing a huge piece of the ceiling over the drapes, big enough were we could easily see the structure and installation of the hotel....and the particles blew all over the room daily so it was always really dusty. Our socks were covered every day, and we had to keep our clothes in the dresser to keep them clean. Nasty boogers on the wall next to the toilet, and a filthy bathroom door with greasy hand prints all over it. LOUD...not from Drai's but from the constant honking, police intercom and Ole'Red. Not great drink service even through it is a small casino. One barback spent hours complaining to at least 7 employees we saw for long periods of time about his job and what all he was being asked to do. No one took him in private (even the executive we saw him complaining to) or told him to cool it in front of guests. It got so old at the bar we went next door to play at Flamingo. The bar won't comp martinis. Went to play at other casinos and got great martinis at the bars. That was the game changer so we won't stay here again. No place to eat. Read less
