They emailed me prior to arrival to make sure everything was okay and to provide airport transportation and assistance with any special celebrations prior to us even arriving.. upon arrival Tony at the front desk was an absolute stand out superstar who deserves more praise than I can write out in words alone.. he was amazingly professional and personal, he welcomed us warmly and guided us to the room as we were located in Crocksford West which is separate from the main hotel area. The room both looked and smelled clean, the sheets were super soft and the atmosphere was outstanding. 1000/10 experience, and if management reads this, Tony truly deserves the highest praise for how welcoming and bright he was for our check in process. This is a very nice, serene, and comfortable hotel. The casino is nice also. The floors are on the top. The views are very nice. It was an excellent stay. I would highly recommend. The restaurants are very nice. There is a wide range of food choices.

Our room was upgraded to an incredible suite and the view was perfect for the fireworks at New Years! Linni at the Concierge Desk and Gerald at the Reception Desk were wonderful in helping us! I had no idea what to expect from either hotel but the room at Crockfords is what I would call elegantly modern. There’s marble throughout the hotel and rooms with modern technology and room amenities that made our stay enjoyable. The only drawback is the location of Resorts World is north of a lot of major resort casinos on the strip and was about a 1.5-mile walk to the Bellagio. However, it served as a great base for us to eat, gamble, and enjoy the concert. Read less
A mixed up mess; not a luxury hotel

Resorts World is a sterile place with all glossy and no soul. This supposed high end hotel couldn’t even get a bucket of ice to the room. After an hour we gave up and went to dinner. Breakfast options were gross. The suite was very large and clean, but the windows with the strip view were filthy. I could go on but why? Stay at the winner Encore.
