Ocean views, central location and a relaxed island-style atmosphere awaits you at the Park Shore Waikiki. Cross the road and you'll be on the beach in seconds, where you can rent fun inflatables from Beach Candy Waikiki, or try your hand at a spot of surfing (it has to be done in Hawaii doesn't it?!). We recommend choosing a Diamond Head Ocean View room for the best combination when you look out from your private balcony, but you'll also find these great views from the pool deck. You can indulge in your cravings no matter what time of day at Lulu's - there's flavours for everyone to enjoy alongside live music, local draft beers and big screens for sports viewing. This is a great base to explore, with Honolulu Zoo right next door, and Kuhio Beach on the other side, with a whole host of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance too.

On the quiet end of the strip - this hotel has great views, good prices and very helpful staff. Having sunscreen available to everyone is great - and lots of good restaurants too. The best thing is the location. It can’t be beat.if you can get a room with a view of the beach and Diamond Head - go for it
Decent if you can’t afford over 3 stars

We came to Hawaii for our 10 year wedding anniversary, and believe me when I say we were not prepared for how expensive the trip was going to be!!! I mean we absolutely loved everything about it, but with the exchange rate and all it really was crazy. This is the reason we booked this hotel and stuck with 3 stars. The hotel was fine. The lobby area was lovely, the rooms were very small and you didn’t have a lot of room with the bed taking up most of the space. Bed wasn’t comfy, but again, it’s a 3 star hotel. You get what you pay for. I did have one really big issue…when we stayed (this was September 2023,) on about night 3 the fire alarm went off sometime after midnight. It was complete chaos - everyone was coming down half asleep, we ended up outside on the footpath. No one knew what was going on. The staff seemed totally unbothered by it all and not doing much to handle the situation. Eventually we were just told it was all okay. I don’t even think there was an explanation - and we weren’t told to come back in from outside, we just wandered back in at some point and people were going back up. Lots of very tired, annoyed guests. So judging by that, if there really was a fire or emergency, there’s not a good plan in place! Read less

We’ve been to the hotel a number of times. Always a good experience. The staff are wonderful and very attentive to their guests. Whenever we had questions they responded immediately and with a smile. The location near the zoo is super convenient and is quieter than other spots along the strip of hotels.
Best views! Comfy beds!

Love this hotel! The location is amazing! I almost hate to write a good review because I'm not sure I want to share this place! Queens Beach for snorkeling is right there. Beach volleyball! Views! Nice pool and stunning views of Diamond Head overlooking the zoo! Staff is helpful and friendly! Beds are VERY comfy!
Complimentary yoga session with Julia

We attended the yoga session on Friday morning and Julia was an excellent instructor. She provided plenty of options for beginners and those that wanted a bit more of a challenge. We had a lovely morning continuing our yoga practice in Waikiki. Highly recommend the yoga sessions, it’s a great way to start the day.
