Very big and spacious. Pretty inside. I hate to say we saw a few critters around our room. We stayed on level 1 and it was so confusing to get to other areas. So many steps and easy to get lost. There’s a shuttle that brings you to the mall included in the resort fee.

Very Uncomfortable beds...though they appear to be plush. Rough terrible bath towels and washcloths. It's obvious that fabric softener was not used. The old and outdated meeting banquet chairs - almost no cushion left. For the price you pay these need to be upgraded. The hotel itself is clean and beautiful. Restaurants are also good. The Mexican restaurant was priced well and very good. They had incredible salsa! Read less

This was our third stay in a year at this resort. The first time was nice but winter so we went back in the summer to learn the water park was over priced. This last trip was in January, and a very slow time. There were very limited things open yet the app indicated much more was open. This was our third stay in a year at this resort. The first time was nice but winter so we went back in the summer to learn the water park was over priced. This last trip was in January, and a very slow time. There were very limited things open yet the app indicated much more was open. It was frustrating to head to places/things only to learn they were closed. The front drive area is torn up. I 100% get construction in the slow season, but some notice in advance could have been helpful. We tried to purchase the indoor water park and thought the slow season would be more affordable, but not the case. One would think the resort would rather keep me on property during the slow season to spend $ there as opposed to leaving. Overall, the food is mediocre at best and costs 50% more than anywhere else in the area. The resort is immaculate and the grounds are beautiful so kudos to the housekeeping and landscaping teams. Personally, I feel food services and the water park management could learn from housekeeping and landscaping/maintenance departments. Read less

We were in downtown Nashville for 3 nights and one night here. We got to the resort at 11 so we could see all the sights. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. The Ice was great but we were done in 20 minutes. We were upgraded to a balcony room overlooking the atrium. That was a mistake. There was a person screaming or singing on the atrium from 3-6 on the morning of 12/31. I called the desk 2 different times. We were in Cascades. I’ll never stay in any atrium rooms again. The room was clean, but there was a bathtub shower and the plug to the tub was broken. At this price point, there should be walk in showers. The towel quality was also poor. I also thought it was odd that we couldn’t charge any of our purchases at the food establishments and beverage huts to the room. It would have been nice to get the extra points for all the purchases we made in the resort. Next time, I will stay at the Joseph and come out to Opryland for a few hours. Read less

Fantastic place to stay! Yes it is expensive. My daughter had her company discount since she had been to a convention in the resort the week before. She had a room with another room for entertaining included. The beds were comfortable. So many things to see in the resort. The Christmas decorations were super great! The Garden area is beautiful! The Delta area is also lovely with several waterfalls & the river ride (we did not do). Of course the Ice Sculpture show was great! the Grand Ole Opry is at the end of the resort. It is a distance from downtown so we took an Uber when we wanted to go downtown. Read less
