Great check in experience. Room decorated nicely. Had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds. We didn't experience the restaurant on site because we had other reservations. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and walking distance to Theaters.

After no updates on the shipping of the item for two weeks, I contacted the Marker. They proceeded to transfer me back and forth between their employees (front desk staff, housekeeping staff, etc.) and did not take any action to resolve this problem. This has been ongoing for a month now, and they have not offered to find my item or refund it. Read less

Good location, beautiful hotel, unique features in the hotel absolutely stunning fire place and stair case, very clean hotel, friendly help staff especially Kenny he’s such a helpful friendly guy always greets you with a smile, I would recommend this hotel.

From the moment General Manage Brian Fenwick welcomed me personally in the lobby, to the moment he and his staff waved goodbye 3 days later, I felt incredibly well cared for.
