Currently wrapping up a two night stay and agree with other reviewers that the location is great for fisherman’s wharf, staff is friendly, rooms are nice. Currently wrapping up a two night stay and agree with other reviewers that the location is great for fisherman’s wharf, staff is friendly, rooms are nice. I also appreciated the complimentary laundry facility including soap, and the fact that they honored our request for adjoining rooms. Only issue is that they ran out of hot water by 8:30 each day. I like to wash my hair daily and had to take a quick shower and forgo that since it was luke warm at best. My daughter and husband had the same issue yesterday, as they wake up a little later. I was able to take a 7:30 AM shower yesterday without issue. Read less

Everything was great, the room is spacious and comfortable, the staff is super welcoming and friendly (except for one receptionist sadly) and the location is extremely convenient. The common area near the lobby is equipped with various board and card games, wonderful for family or friend socialization, what a lovely idea! Read less

Great choice for our 3 night stay. Swift check in and larger than expected King Urban View (of a tree) room 177, bathroom small but perfectly functional with everything very clean. No robes or slippers but nice fluffy towels and great amenities. Ample wardrobe and drawer space with iron, board and hairdryer. Tea/coffee maker and fridge were a bonus with Walgreens opposite for water and extras. Ice bucket and machine in the hallway but no glasses to be found anywhere, only paper (My own plastic never fail) Rather dated safe with key which threateningly was THE only one, so fearing taking it out we hid it in the room. Lots of lighting options, but more for ambiance than function. USB ports handy, but on just one nightstand. Always appreciate separate seating, so found the sofa really comfy as too the beds which were very squishy and had lovely bedding and pillows. The hard edge design of the room was softened with the carpet and the concrete wall effect being of paper, so a lot more comfortable than I thought. Being on the corner of Jones and North Point, traffic sat at lights could be noisy but it soon quietened around midnight and thoughtfully ear plugs had been supplied. As two lone females we felt perfectly safe walking around here. A short walk to Piers 39 and 33 (for Alcatraz) Fishermans Wharff was a great area with the weekend bringing lots of families and the holidays adding a great atmosphere. A wonderful stay we loved it! Do try the Millionaire bacon at Surinan and the New Thai Elephant restaurants - food was spectacular! Waymo driverless cars often cheaper than the cable car when heading downtown to Union. Read less

Had a great stay at this hotel, it's a fantastic location to explore the city. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were large and clean. Fisherman's wharf is a short walk away with all the tourist favourites and Lombard street was a short walk away too.
