So glad I found this place and it’s become my favorite place to stay in San Francisco. Great location, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, Parking is in an actual garage and enclosed, room is clean, and love the fireplace in the lobby.

There was a terrible smell in the room, and after few days of stay I've noticed that all my clothes absorbed it.

Full marks to receptionist Edwin who was very helpful in sorting out a few issues with our stay. The hotel itself has no breakfast food facility, although hot drinks could be obtained from reception area during part of the morning time.

The room was nice as well as the staff. There were at least 4 restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Valet parking is convenient and average price. The ambience of the hotel was great and security welcomed. We are going to stay here again on our next visit to San Francisco.
