Corner Rooms are located of floors 25-34 with picturesque views of downtown San Francisco with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people. 

Premier Rooms are larger in size with views of downtown San Francisco, and 1 king-size bed plus a day lounger, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Club Rooms include access to the Regency Lounge, which offers complimentary breakfast, snacks, and other amenities. These rooms have either 1 king-size bed plus a day lounger, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.  

One Bedroom Suites are located on floors 15-34 and feature a separate living room, city views, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Hotel location is exceptional, where it’s an easy 5 min walk to BART and subway for city access. Service is always 5 stars from all staff: front desk, cafe and bar, and housekeeping. If you’re a globalist, don’t miss out on the complimentary breakfast, Regency always delivers. Hotel is a bargain!

We did a weekend staycation since the rate looks reasonable, and it exceeded my expectation. Beautiful modern hotel in SOMA area, safe, quick walk to Union Square, and many attractions around. All the employee I interacted with are very nice and helpful from friendly FD and managers. Great housekeeping, prompt to any requests, and kudos for having all the toilet amenities available. Great Globalist recognition. I was offered a complimentary premium one BR suite upgrade. We were also offered a rollaway without any charge. The suite was in a very good condition, clean, modern, and have an amazing view of the city. For other benefits, the free breakfast in the restaurant was quite nice, above average for the city with a good spread of hot and cold selections. The club lounge was peaceful, nicely decorated, but it doesn't offer much besides a limited selection of snacks and drinks even during happy hours, which is fine considering the ongoing rate. We were proactively offered a late checkout as well. Overall, great experience. This hotel executed really well despite the struggling SF hotel scene. Looking forward to come back in the future. Wonderful! Great cafe in the lobby with various items for purchase, breakfast, lunch, coffee and wine and individually-packed cocktails. High-end bar in the lobby. Glass water pitcher in the room for drinking water and glass drinking vessels. Incredible view of the Bay out the window!!

The bed was truly amazing and the pillows were so soft just how I like them. The elevators were quick and very responsive unlike other hotels. The staff were very friendly. The valet parking was easy and they lowered the prices of the parking. They use to GOUGE you with parking and administration fees.

Great hotel, was treated with complete consideration. Even got upgraded! Awesome views. I got a corner room that had views 180°. Staff downstairs also gave us a coupon to buy in their little store. Every single person/staff member we encounter was respectful and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.
