The service was excellent, with Lawrence being exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Bill was really transparent especially since she patiently explained it to me in detail and listened to my concerns. One of my concerns though is that I wish there were more things to be done in the playroom, or that there were more food options available anytime but overall, it was still quite an impressive experience. Nothing much to say other than this hotel is very much affordable, rooms were nice and comfortable. Contrary to other reviews I've read before, the room I got was really quiet. In addition, I found the hotel's service to be really good. The staff were incredibly kind and very helpful, while the front desk staff (Ms. Lopez if I'm not mistaken) handled all my questions and requests with great patience. Stayed here for almost 3 nights due to work and I haven't had any problems in regard to my accomodation. Solid 10/10 without issues. Read less

The front desk staff at check-in were friendly. The night shift person was not. I got back from at 11 pm after a long work day and when I asked if there was anywhere to buy a snack he looked at me dismissively and simply said no. When I asked if there perhaps was a vending machine or similar since the mini bar in the room was literally empty upon arrival (unacceptable for a 4-star hotel imo) he brushed me off as if I was annoying him and said I should try Uber Eats, since everything in the area was closed. If everything in the area is closed at 11 pm and there is no kitchen service and nothing in the mini bar, how on earth can you not have any options for guests to get a snack? The unfriendliness was the worst part though. The $40 surprise fee (not advertised by the hotel when booking) for amenities is laughable. The staff mentioned a gym and ice machine when I asked what it was for (I used neither). I'm cool paying an amenity fee for a proper resort hotel with a pool and amenities that require upkeep, but ice machines in the hallway? Come on. When checking out I left my suitcase because I had work meetings. When I came to pick it up there was a long line to check in because there was only one front desk person checking people in. I politely asked the person in front of me if it was ok to to give the staff member my bag tag because I was worried about missing my flight. The guest said it was totally fine, but the front desk person at first refused and said he had to check the person in front of me in first. The other guest had to interject and insist the front desk staff get my bag first. Terrible service. Will not come back. Read less

As for the rooms, I rated them a 5 because they were really clean, has no bad odor, and the cleaning service was easily available. The location was also convenient to since the major attractions were just a walk away. However, the area was kinda shady so just be careful going to areas where there are less people. Overall, the hotel experience was wonderful. Read less
