The hotel is in a very convenient place and an easy walk to Pier 39. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and a lot to see. The hotel room was large and spacious with the most comfortable bed and pillows that I have slept on in years. Unfortunately, breakfast is quite poor with little choice and a big price. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

We left an item at the pool and the staff set it out for us to come grab. It’s the first time I’ve ever gotten something back after leaving a hotel. The paid amenities are way overpriced but everything included was amazing. 4$ for a can of soda, $32 for an average breakfast buffet. It’s cheaper to go eat breakfast at the pier and food is better. The resort fee doesn’t add much value either. Overall it is one if the best hotels in the area and I suspect all of the hotels are overpriced. I’d definitely stay here again. Read less

We were lucky enough to stay in the Executive Suite, room 454. The rooms were very large, the view was nothing special. We arrived around 4:30 for our 4:00 check-in and our room was not ready. The front desk offfered us $10 off of food/beverage as well as breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. Room was clean when we arrived. Staff was friendly,… Read more

Proximity to waterfront, Pier 39 is a big plus. Easy access to food and entertainment. Neighbourhood is a bit quiet though, compared to North Beach or Chinatown - if you're looking for something to do in the evenings like bars, people watching, or clubbing.
