Guest services was EXTREMELY poor and unorganized. They were not helpful or welcoming. First, they didn’t have the room that I originally booked which was the first red flag. Then, I purchased a daybed and they had me wait 30 mins because “they couldn’t find my reservation” even though I had a confirmation email to show them. Then they couldn’t find the right staff member to help or escort me to the daybed. After nearly over 30 mins of waiting in the lobby there was no apology or anything just an annoyed smirk from “guest services”. Also, the rooms and floors were extremely dusty and dirty to the point where you couldn’t walk barefoot without your feet being left black and sandy/dusty. We didn’t even go down to the sand, so it came from previous stays. I could go on and on about the poor experience but these were the biggest issues for me and my partner. I wouldn’t recommend the stay for the price they have you pay, my suggestion is to stay elsewhere, I will not be back and I will not recommend to anyone that asks. Read less

I was extremely happy with our 3 night stay! The beds, and pillows, were very comfortable. I loved the body wash so much that I bought a bottle at the gift shop. We had room service a few times and the food was delicious and the service was good. The spa was incredible!! Body scrub and facial.

Before we’ve even arrived the service has been top-tier. Katie has been a wonderful help to me and my soon-to-be fiancé. She’s gone above and beyond to make our stay extra special. I’ve only heard, first-hand, wonderful things about this resort and it’s already exceeding my expectations! Thank you Mission Bay, your staff is amazing!!

The hotel is lovely but…I called and booked the hotel the old fashion way, with a hotel reservations person. She was very kind and offered me a 4 Day package. She failed to tell me that I had to pay a daily resort fee $39 each day and a daily parking fee $43. even though there is street parking. Had I known this I would have gone some place… Read more

She failed to tell me that I had to pay a daily resort fee $39 each day and a daily parking fee $43. even though there is street parking. Had I known this I would have gone some place else. There is no coffee or microwave in their rooms. A bottle of water is $7. I did see guests come out to the pool in white robes but we were not provided with them. They said the pool was heated but we found the pool very cold. Read less

We had an amazing stay as well as in our banquet but Brianna made it 100x better. She was so attentive to us, she was funny, welcoming, and a great person all in all.. This stay was exactly what we needed and was a relaxing weekend for me and my partner. Would highly recommend!
