This is a lovely hotel in the heart of the Gaslamp district and within walking distance of countless restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the modern decor of the hotel and the comfortable, well appointed rooms. The Keurig coffee machine with plenty of K-cups and the hot coffee in the lobby every morning was much appreciated.

Well appointed, neat and clean hotel in a convenient location! Staff are helpful, friendly and take the time to greet you everytime you enter/exit the hotel which is thoughtful! We loved the complimentary snacks and the coffee machine! Room service was great and very efficient!

Toilet didn’t flush. And bathroom floor was wet when I checked in. Didn’t want to switch rooms since I unpacked and settled down after long flight and was hungry for dinner . Called to get the toilet fixed. They fixed it. I thought I was working . When I went to bathroom at 1am it wasn’t working again. I’m not going to call service at this… Read more
