I am an associate member of Marriott everywhere I travel the customer service is fantastic except for the young lady that checked us in. She was not very accommodating (due to her inexperience I’m sure) but the other staff in the morning was excellent!
Ocean Views, Convenience and Comfort made for a great Staycation!

We enjoyed a one-night Sunday "staycation" in an oceanfront suite. The room was beautiful with a lovely patio and perfect view of the ocean and Pismo pier, and many special touches. There was a bottle of local wine (for a very reasonable price) and two glasses on the credenza, as well as a telescope and map of the night sky. The room was clean… Read more

There was a bottle of local wine (for a very reasonable price) and two glasses on the credenza, as well as a telescope and map of the night sky. The room was clean and everything from finishes to ammenities were of good quality. The bed was very comfortable, and despite the cold, we enjoyed leaving the patio door open a crack so we could listen to the waves all night. There's a great onsite restaurant and bar, and an entire outdoor seating area with fire pits and ocean views. The valet, front desk and housekeeping staff members were all very hospitable. The Vespera property is a true gem! Read less
Beautiful Hotel

The rooms are large and spacious and the beds are really comfortable. You can’t beat the location right on the beach and close walking to shops and restaurants. The bathrooms were stocked with lots of towels and everything was very elegant. Definitely an upscale hotel.
Inexperienced staff unwilling to address issues after allowing a reserved room to be taken by earlier arrivals.

I was not provided the room I reserved. The room was an ocean view. I reserved an ocean front. The room was also ADA compliant which was not requested. This was for my son’s birthday. I was very disappointed. When I complained at check in, I was told they no longer had the real ocean front rooms and there was nothing they could do. When I… Read more

Family get away.

Hotel was in an excellent location. Great for parties and events but not necessarily a relaxing family getaway. Multiple events were happening and all of the common areas were crowded and loud. Service was adequate but nothing stand out, they did their jobs but nothing more. Valets were great, the most helpful employees on property.
