Dingy construction zone. Long circuitous walk to elevator and around a construction zone to get to happy hour or breakfast. Clerk had said there was a door between the buildings. He lied. Confirmation email promotes their support for Be My Eyes. Joke. Can't see outlets, bedside light switch, or toilet buttons.

Please keep this review in mind if you plan on staying here for the next year. I booked a solo mom vacation, and if you are a parent, you know how hard it is to plan a getaway. Well, I booked this property because of the grounds, the rooms, and the patio with the firepit. Sounds luxurious, right? It wasn't. The patio was not 5 ft from the massive construction site. Construction went until 5 pm Friday and began 8 AM!!!! on Saturday. We're talking bulldozers and the whole bit! They tried to cover up the noise with a speaker that played THE loudest elevator music that seeped into the living room section of the suite. I spent my entire stay in the back room, viewing the parking lot. After speaking with the staff, I understand this has been ongoing for the past year, and the owners are fully aware of the bait and switch—the lack of mention of construction on the website evidences that. I was given a discount, but anything shy of a full refund isn't enough. Your dishonesty ruined my entire stay. Read less

My stay at the hotel was terrific. The staff was fantastic, and staff was always helpful with any requests that I had. The aesthetics were very festive I would suggest staying here if you want to stay at a wonderful place near all the amenities that Napa has to offer.

Just checked into a former favorite and extremely disappointed. Rooms have been renovated with low class furnishings, lobby is closed and the vibe is not good. Will look for another hotel in the morning. We’re lifetime honors members and the hotel is not up to standards

The front receptionist was very defensive and just blamed it on the check in staff about the wrong time. Attitude is like the shrug emoji here. A very unpleasant way to end a stay. Go somewhere else because it seems staff clearly cannot handle issues/complaints. Read less
