This stay was to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Diego Martinez, a manager at the hotel and also Shelley in concierge were unbelievably helpful. They worked together to give us the best stay we could. Looking forward to our next celebration at the edition time square ❤️
This place is awesome. Down to earth and my friends go here. I had our filming done here. We love it when we visit!

We arrived to level 4 front room so noisy terrible. We request an update which cost. We came from Sunset Towers hotel which has outstanding service and rooms. I would not re book the West Hollywood Edition at all. Our mini fridge is warm can't get Netflix which we requested twice to get fixed. So over this hotel would never come back. Terrible… Read more
