We just checked out of this hotel. We normally stay on property, but when we got our magic keys we agreed to stay off property to save money and try different hotels to find “our spot”. Family of 5 this time. The walk was incredibly easy. Honestly shorter than walking from Disneyland hotel thru DTD to get to the parks. The room was perfectly clean, and this is my number one requirement. You can request daily housekeeping which we did and came back to a perfectly clean room every day. We arrived at 1:45 pm and our room was already ready which was a huge bonus. We were able to get a late check out which was awesome so we could enjoy the park in the morning before our flight home. The only thing “negative” id say is that don’t count on an adult or older kiddo to sleep on the pull out chair it’s very thin and you can feel the springs. I asked for a couple comforters to pad it and it was perfectly fine for our 4 year old. So this worked perfectly for us. Staff was extremely nice. There a little market of you need something when you get back. Walked back a couple times alone and felt completely safe. No complaints here! Would stay here again for sure. Read less

No Breakfast!!! I can’t believe Marriott misuses the Fairfield name and doesn’t provide a breakfast. WTF? It’s a Fairfield! Talk about being cheap. It’s not a “resort” but a high-rise motel surrounded by parking lots! Next time I’ll stay at Hampton Inn.

As others have said- things missing from the room, dirty rooms, unprofessional managers, this is truly a “motel” with a Marriott brand name slapped on it. Outdoor entrances to rooms, lacking in amenities for the expensive price. Shame on Marriott! Don’t be fooled , save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere
Family friendly and a great Stay

Great hotel for our family. They had an event where the kids got a prize everyday for finding their Elf on the Shelf. Rooms were clean and whatbto be expected. Scooters aren't allowed past the lobby

Would not recommend for scooter users. We were informed that even with an ADA room the scooter was not allowed past the lobby. You can leave it in the lobby during the day but then the rental company must pick it up EVERY NIGHT of your stay and bring it back every morning. Most hotels allow them in the room and lots even store for delivery and… Read more

You can leave it in the lobby during the day but then the rental company must pick it up EVERY NIGHT of your stay and bring it back every morning. Most hotels allow them in the room and lots even store for delivery and pick up. We were very disappointed because I can not walk very far especially after a long day at disney and we didn't want to be limited by the scooter companies business hours. Personal scooters (i have one i could fly with) were also not permitted. Read less
