Staff very friendly, I would like to give a special thank you to Nike for all her help. She was wonderful. The rooms were clean, and the facility was very nice. Nice bar area with friendly bartenders. The room was very clean. It was nice to have a little refrigerator and a Keurig for morning coffee.

I walked in and the lady named Nike was very kind and eager to help me check into a room. The whole process took about five minutes so it was very fast. The room itself was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and easy to sleep on. The bathroom was clean.

Booked this double tree solely based off price and free parking, but it was much more than that. Upon checking in, I was greeted by Tommy, the manager of the front desk. I asked if it was possible for them to accommodate an early check in, but the room I chose online was not yet available. Tommy was able to get me a better room free of charge and check me in about two hours early! In addition, he was able to accommodate a room credit based on my Hilton status for my friend and I which can be used at their snack shop or the bar. The customer service was unparalleled and I would stay here time and time again just based off the service alone. Now on to the room, it’s something about Hilton beds being so COMFORTABLE! The bed, to the pillows and comforter make it a wonderful experience and I sleep like a baby. The room and bathroom was very clean. I will continue staying at this location whenever I visit the Orange County area. Don’t forget your free cookies as well! Read less
