My husbands business had an amazing time staying at this best western. The staff- Jessica was so amazing, between getting grab and go breakfast, remember our names, communicating dennys vouchers and helping accommodate any of our other needs.

We needed a room close to the convention center for only 1 night. This room was not far, maybe a 5 min walk. Worked out great. Very easy and fast check in. Friendly and welcoming. See pictures for room 548 (2nd floor). Good Stay. So glad we were able to get a room close by.

My daughter and I just returned from 4 days at this hotel. Although it is walkable, it was definitely a long walk after staying in the parks all day. All the staff were helpful and polite. The cons for us were that the air conditioning is quite loud and we could hear the rooms next to us and other guests/noise outside quite easily. Arrived after long day in LA traffic Hotel staff friendly. Rooms clean and up to date. One thing that was great was they have 2 EV chargers! We were able to plug our car in to charge Plenty of parking and reasonably priced! Area around hotel was very clean as well.
