Where do I start? I understand they’re trying to clean the place up but it’s an epic fail. They probably should have closed completely during the renovation and not put their guests through the mess. Where do I start? I understand they’re trying to clean the place up but it’s an epic fail. They probably should have closed completely during the renovation and not put their guests through the mess. Total money grab. Not sure if the money they’re investing could ever put the shine back on this place. I’m seriously thinking of moving on from the whole Caesars gaming empire. Not many people win and worse yet you get zero respect or attention from the employees who are obviously miserable working for this organization. I’ve been coming here for 30 years and I never thought it could be taken down this far. The rooms are a joke compared to MGM properties and all the Indian Casinos I’ve been to nationwide. Slots are old, food is lousy and expensive and the atmosphere truly is depressing. They have had some great summer concerts in the past so I’m sure that will keep them afloat. If I had to pay for my room or resort fees I would never come here. There are too many other nice places to go around the lake. This place has unfortunately become a dump and I don’t think $160 million will save it. Sorry Carrano Family but you have, in my opinion, ruined what was once a good thing. Read less

What a fantastic experience and well worth the drive from the hustle and bustle of large city life. Enjoy an all day out shopping follow up with dinner at Gordon Ramsays and love the Live Comedy Shows!

Worst casino/hotel I've ever stayed in, and I have stayed in dozens all over the world. Disorganized bill, accidentally triple billed for parking and refused to fix it without complaining to a manager, poor customer service, elevator smells like vomit. Food terrible. Rude staff. Wouldn't stay again if it were free.

The experience here was not great at all. They have two sections of the hotel where one side is very nice and rooms are nicer but then they have a side where it looks completely worn down and old. There is no explanation as to why and we got placed in the old side. The rooms are a good size but you can hear literally everything from everyone all… Read more

There is no explanation as to why and we got placed in the old side. The rooms are a good size but you can hear literally everything from everyone all around you. Doors slamming, people singing and yelling. It sucks if you’re just trying to relax. The worst was there elevators they had a set of elevators closest to the our room but only 1 out of the 3 were working and someone had vomited in it and no one would clean it. So we had to go to the other side of the hotel to get to our room. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else. Read less

This place is THE BEST of Tahoe and has been for DECADES!! I have stayed here, gambled here, eaten here and been entertained here. There is NEVER a bad time at Harvey's Tahoe!! I may be biased, as my grandpa Neil was affiliated with this place, since it's opening, but that just means, that I'm "In On the Details" from behind the scenes and can… Read more
This place is THE BEST of Tahoe and has been for DECADES!! I have stayed here, gambled here, eaten here and been entertained here. There is NEVER a bad time at Harvey's Tahoe!! I may be biased, as my grandpa Neil was affiliated with this place, since it's opening, but that just means, that I'm "In On the Details" from behind the scenes and can attest, that there are no creepy negatives or skeletons in the closet at Harvey's. The people are professional and the kitchens and rooms are Well Kept and Clean. I truly can't say enough, while writing this book. Thanks Harvey's, for a lifetime of class! Troy W. Reno, NV.....
