Ok, this review is a tricky one. The hotel is under going renovations. The room was gorgeous. Updated, clean, modern, great amenities, beds are super comfortable and plush and soft. Here's the tricky part. As the hotel is undergoing renovations they did not have a restaurant or a bar. As it's in the Prudential mall would be fine, unless, you want a drink (soda or otherwise) after 9pm when everything closes. Because then if you order room service they charge you a $6 delivery fee which is ridiculous. If they don't offer any services then the delivery fee should be waived. Here's where I also had an issue, the body wash in the shower was completely empty. Also, one of the free bottles of water they provide in the room was already opened and half gone. Gross!!! So while the renovations are going great, housekeeping needs some work. Read less

Quick trip to Boston 12/21/24 - 12/23/24. The hotel is under construction, however, they have done everything they can to not have it interfere with your stay. The location is amazing and is just a T Ride away from anyplace you would want to visit in the city.

Hotel sheraton newton is bad attitude of manger and stuck up reception owes me $200 for no breakfast and deposit never got back. No maiden spoke English and above highway it's not a nice place to stay atmosphere is bad never stay here it's crap!!!!!!!!!
