My husband and I had a fantastic experience this past weekend at the Copley. We were checked in by Leah B., who was lovely. The hotel is clean, modern and spacious. The lounge is one of the best I've ever seen in the US and is open on weekends which is unusual. The pool and gym look new and had many machines. We will be back!

This was an outstanding stay from start to finish! We were welcomed warmly at check in and everything went smoother than expected. We were able to secure an amazing room upgrade for our stay. My son’s welcome birthday amenity was extraordinary! Everything was clean and modern but still warm. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, being connected to both Copley Place and the Pru. The nighttime view is spectacular. The pool was closed unexpectedly on the 1st day, but we extended our stay on day 2 and had more than enough swim time to enjoy! The pool was a good size for many to enjoy and the water was a great temperature to escape the cold winter blues. Julia B at the front desk was especially helpful! Yard House was a great, unpretentious spot for dinner. The M Club is always a great idea and we enjoyed the mid-day caffeine pick me up!! We took showers before leaving for the day, and the water temp and pressure were lovely. Hats off to Mr. Smith for running such a great operation! A++ Read less

We had a very comfortable and relaxed stay here at Marriott Copley Place. The room was so cozy and comfortable. Very well designed and decorated. The sitting area was so cozy and comfortable. We have never seen a hotel with such a comfortable sitting area. We chose the City View room and we were on the 30th floor. The hotel has at least 6 elevators which we never had to wait long for. Everything was spender from the restaurant to the lounge and everyone was so kind, courteous and helpful. The room and carpet were extremely neat and clean. The Tv was large and on a swivel so we could see it from anywhere in the room. The room exceeded our expectations. We thought that the valet parking was a bit expensive so we chose to self park in the parking garage adjacent to the hotel at the Copley parking garage. Which is connected to the hotel through the mall via a skywalk. You can also walk across the street to the hotel and not take the skywalk which was quicker in our opinion. We prepaid for parking using the Spot Hero website which was $82 for 48 hours. Valet parking was $140 total for two nights excluding tips. Keep in mind that the prepaid parking garage is not an in and out garage. Once you leave your time is up. Which was ok by us because we planned on leaving our car there for the weekend anyway. The hotel is in a great location to take a walk to local stores. It’s also connected to an upscale mall with places to eat like Legal Seafood. It’s also connected to the Prudential Center via a second skywalk through the mall. The Prudential view and city history is amazing. Definitely do that if you never have. The metro station is adjacent to the hotel as well if you want to take the train to various locations in the city. We decided to sleep in so I can’t comment on the restaurant at breakfast but lunch was very good with a cozy romantic quiet table setting toward the back where the curtains are which was Very Nice! The hotel is very large so you have to be mindful of what exit you are going out of and what floor you are on. We loved our stay here. The only negative was that our shower appeared as if the housekeeper forgot to spray down the basin after cleaning it but I took care of that with the hand wand which was a plus. Other than that it was very clean. With ample enough towels and amenities for our stay. We would definitely choose this location again. Read less

After watching multiple people assisted from the regular line, i moved to that line and continued to wait. Low water pressure. $75 parking fee. Broken TV remote ( but it was quickly replaced when I requested) . Wrong information about M lounge access at check in. Did not accommodate request for connecting rooms. Positives: ideal location with short to walk to Newbury Stret and indoor connection to Prudential center and Copley Place. -renovated room. -helpful, friendly staff throughout the building. Whoever hires employees for this hotel should be commended. Everyone- security, housekeeping, fromt desk etc greets guests, offers assistance etc. A level of service most hotel properties are lacking today. - M Club lounge had a convenient location. Some of the friendliest hotel employees I have ever met, which made it an even more pleasant . Good variety of evening snacks . Beverage selection was better than most. - fitness center was great - city view was amazing - they charge a resort fee, but gave a $30 credit per night to the Yard House restaurant, which is in the main lobby. The credit could be used for anything, including drinks. They also gave free tickets to the observation deck at the top of Prudential Center. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location again in the future. I believe they can improve the check-in process and the parking fee is excessive. Read less

We stayed here for 2 nights on a recent family trip to Boston. Check in was smooth and the lines were short and fast moving even though it was a busy day. We booked connecting rooms, which is a fairly confusing process with Marriott, and they had wanted to charge me extra to guarantee connecting rooms when most other chains do it for free. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. The showers had good pressure and good hot water. The biggest complaint we had was about the beds. We had three beds, and all three seemed to need replacement. They were very sunken in and not very comfortable. If the beds were better, I'd give 5 star review. Overall, you can't beat the location of this hotel and we would stay here on a return stay. Read less
