The hotel is modern and clean with comfy beds, but the best part is the staff, especially Jody! She is so welcoming and makes sure every need is met. I also like the fun social atmosphere in the lobby. There is a pool table, a bar, and other games to hang out with friends or other guests.

I had a magnificent stay at the Aloft. Miguel had great customer service with me and my crew. He assisted us with a smile and super helpful telling us tips around the area for us to explore. Also at checking us out he was super helpful even if it was early in the day.

What a wonderful stay! I had the opportunity of meeting Miguel & many other staff members here at Aloft. I particularly appreciated the fact the Aloft team is so personable, and quick on their feet. They make every entrance into the hotel feel like home too- when they welcome you with a jolly smile!!! I hope one day I’ll be back!!!!!

Jody was a great source of information about the hotel, the area and the restaurants!!! Appreciate Jody’s help-she was also very friendly!! The hotel was clean and modern. We enjoyed our visit and time in Boston and would return. The area is pretty cool.

The staff is super friendly! Shout out to Jody! She was very sweet and welcoming! In every interaction, she was polite and professional. I will return to this hotel! Clean hotel and very nice gym! Felt right at home during my stay in Boston. :)
