On the coastline of Ras Al Khaimah, next to the Al Hamra Golf Club. 15 minutes away from the Al Hamra Mall. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 1 hour.

245 rooms and 45 suites. All with air-conditioning, TV, mini-bar*, tea/coffee-making facilities, WiFi, safe and king-size Sofitel MyBedTM. Classic Rooms offer 376 sq ft of living space, and are located in the main building with garden or sea views. With 1 king-size bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Board basis options

Breakfast includes: buffet breakfast served at EAST.

Half Board option: guests on a Half Board basis can enjoy a buffet at EAST Restaurant or benefit from a full dining credit of AED 200 per adult to use at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah and Ritz Carlton Al Hamra, with complimentary meals for children at the buffet or from the kids' menu. A total of seven restaurants will be available at Sofitel Al Hamra, and the Dine Around programme now includes access to an additional nine food and beverage outlets.

An oasis of peace and calm in a low rise, well positioned hotel. Very comfortable and spacious bedrooms. The swimming pool areas were exceptional. The Citron cafe was enjoyable - thanks Hayford for the lovely tea and cakes. All the staff were very attentive.

One of the best experiences I had in UAE Staff are exceptional! Very helpful and respectful. Place was super cozy, felt like home. food was delicious. We especially loved the dinner open buffet. We will definitely be coming many times over Thank you for pampering us all.

A proper 5 star hotel. Good sized bedrooms, all immaculately clean. Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. The layout round a huge pool area is significantly more attractive than other high rise hotels in the area. The Reunion restaurant provided a good selection of a la carte choices.

Veritas .. the Cigar lounge was an unexpected surprise. A proper cigar lounge with the exquisite setting and great Cuban and non Cuban selection. Highly recommended for a cigar aficionado. Our host “Sativa” was exceptional. Highly recommended! -

Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. There are too many to mention but those that we particularly remember are Mustafa in Reunion, Ganesh and Miltom for their wonderful cocktails. All the staff were brilliant. Read less
