This hotel is new, clean and one which we would happily stay again! Reception staff are generally friendly. Rooms cleaned daily. Good standard. We stayed in both the Suite and a standard room. The suite is great with a washing machine too which was great to wash some clothes before packing them away! The breakfast is decent although we both feel some improvements are needed. The slim Indian girl at the eggs station always looks miserable. Not sure we saw her smile once while we were there and twice our eggs were undercooked. There’s also way too many flies! The staff did their best to cover the bread and cake area but we think something needs to be done to limit the number as they are not hygienic. The layout of the food trays means that you are always waiting or bumping into people. The salad corner means only one person at a time can access it, the design is poorly done so it takes forever to get what you need. The coffee machines are a real bonus though 👍🏻 Aman who works in the restaurant is great, she has a very nice warm personality. Jewell in the gym area is also very friendly! Parking is very easy and accessible. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and these small suggestions do not take away from our holiday. Read less

The team at the reception, Poodi, Tim and Hafiz were great. Thank you for your warm welcome team. Stayed there the hotel recently for a few nights and found the team at the reception to be professional and warm. I thank them for making the stay pleasant. The food at breakfast was also good.

Check-in was regular, but could have been faster, anything lasting more than 15 minutes is far too long. Now, breakfast service requires some improvements, especially the eggs preparation station, not sure if the lady there was having a bad day or not, but two days in a row without being able to offer a decent service was too much and decided to take breakfast somewhere else the last day to avoid yet another sour experience. Great friendly welcoming staff. Couldn’t fault the service. Ehab was a brilliant professional who really looked after us during our stay. I have recommended to my colleagues for further trips. The gym and spa staff were very attentive and the Irish pub downs stairs was ELECTRIC
