The flight was delayed and the pickup was on time and the driver Sandip did a very good job by explaining the areas we went through in the city and main buildings. I highly recommend this service. People that are willing to support, very helpful.

We are truly satisfied with overall service, starting from Briana's wormly welcome and guidance when we check-in, also with our room cleaner who has always been at his best, always friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was very good, with so many options to order special meals and coffee also with whole team who were very prompt in their service, and we really had a feeling of a home away from Home! :) We would wish especially to thank to Malika's help and willingness to prolong our check-out schedule until our pick-up ride. We will surely recommend this hotel to our friends and we will definitely look forward to stay in it when we visit Dubai again. Read less
