We have an event with ILG company in JW Marriot Hotel Bur Dubai, the experience will not be so complete without the help of the staff’s, specially Mr. Rodel and Mr. Maung, Mr. Aliwho is handling the front door, they make my stay for 5 days very easy as they assist me on taking care of my car. Will recommend for sure. Thumbs up.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful peaceful... the best part was having our room neat and clean throughout the day Golam was very pleasant and most helpful always at our service. We loved our stay ❤️ 💜 will definitely be back soon.. Dubai itself is awesome

Had a great experience in Kitchen6 Resto at JW Marriot Hotel. The staff was really accomodating like Rodel in the driveway as well as Fidha whose very helpful and friendly. I will highly recommend the place with my family and friends and will surely come back next time.. Thank you, Marriot Hotel for a wonderful service.

The experience right from the entrance to the checkin to getting my room was very smooth. There was hotel staff assisting me throughout. The room was large and clean and the person even explained the room amenities. I was pleasantly surprised by this experience. I even had my sister visiting and they issued her a key as well. I had multiple food and other deliveries coming in through the stay but it was all smoothly managed. The breakfast spread is huge and every food item was actually good. The staff at breakfast even tried offering a complementary breakfast for my sister but unfortunately didn’t work out, I still appreciate the gesture. The in room dining food was very tasty as well. The housekeeping staff was attentive. Over all it was a very comfortable stay and couldn’t have asked for more. And I would like to add that I had stayed here last year and did not have a pleasant experience, but I’m so glad that I’m opinion was changed this time. Read less

Excellent over all. Crew is amazing and professional. Would love to come again in the future and I recommend it to everybody. Staff are the ones booking our activities. Room is always clean. Supply is full. The breakfast and dinner is yummy. Very clean so far.
