We had a fantastic holiday at the W. The holiday was excellent and the W is in a great location with great facilities. Easy access to public transport for getting around Dubai. The fact that you can use the facilities of the 3 hotels in the group gives you lots of choices for eating, drinking and relaxing by the pool or on the beach. The holiday was made particularly special because of the staff at the hotel. Valentina at reception did her very best to give us a room on a high floor which was excellent. Rosie from Guest Services was so friendly, helpful and accommodating always checking how your stay was going. She also left us a gift in our room on our last day. The staff in Ginger Moon were also so welcoming and friendly. Making time to chat with us and get to know us. In particular Raj, Nora and Stephanie made us feel special and made a bit of a fuss of us on our last morning at breakfast, thanking us for choosing the W for our stay in Dubai. Look after your staff as they are the hotel’s best asset and made our holiday so memorable. We would love to return as soon as we can. Read less

But I’m here to highlight the stars of this hotel, the staffs. Soo friendly and helping attitude. Most of the time I stayed at the beach, and a super cool guy who always took care of me Abishek from Beach bar. When he sees me coming, he bring my drink and water, no need to ask for it. He made my stay amazing. Breakfast at gingermoon is also great. We already started planning our vacation soon. Will be back to this hotel for sure✨ Read less
