I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The facilities are modern, beautiful and without fail perfectly cleaned, the restaurants are many in choice and offer beyond exceptional food, and the staff are attentive, friendly and just wonderful to talk to. Just a few days into our trip they would recognise us personally and start friendly conversations. We had an occasion to celebrate one night, and the staff were so happy to recognise it with a special desert at dinner and a lovely private celebration. We were surprised in our room on a couple of nights with rose petals and chocolates on our bed which was a beautiful touch and so special. There is absolutely nothing I would change about this hotel experience and I would hugely recommend it; I have stayed here around 5 times and it is ALWAYS of this standard. Read less

We stayed at this amazing hotel for Christmas and cannot tell you how festive, welcoming, friendly and how utterly brilliant it was. We used to stay here in the early 2000’s for about 15 years and this was our first return to the hotel since the refurbishment and the changes were very noticeable. The bedrooms are beautifully designed with so much storage and every detail was carefully and cleverly curated. I shared a room with my two adult children and there was so much wardrobe space, unusual in many hotels. In my opinion the hotel staff make this hotel… I have said this before that Jumeirah Beach and other Jumeirah hotels have so many repeat customers due to their amazing, lovely thoughtful staff who I feel often go way and above their duties. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The service is 10/10 from the minute you wake up to the end of the day. We were treated so well and I would like to single out the talented and wonderful Suman who looked after our bedrooms and who, without doubt made my parents stay so extra special with towel animals on their bed most nights (normally reserved for the hotel’s younger guests) and on my father’s 85th birthday on Boxing Day he interlinked towels to make a swan and put rose petals on their bed. Sublime. Another huge mention is to Katheesh who literally made our breakfast mornings so enjoyable. I cannot praise him highly enough. He should be team leader. His memory to detail for our orders was exceptional bearing in mind how busy it was. He always had a huge smile on his face and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would give him 100/10, I noticed that if he was not in the breakfast room it never ran so smoothly. He should fly high the Jumeirah career ladder. Christmas at this hotel was super festive, Christmas Trees beautifully and tastefully decorated.. Father Christmas and his little elves appeared Christmas morning along the beach and in most restaurants. We ate at Summersault beach club Christmas Day and had the best time. We finished our festive day at Verde, so much fun.. They had 8 bottle shows which I must say I had never experienced… it was crazy. My parents both in their mid 80’s said it was the best Christmas ever. Love that. The staff at Verde were attentive and so friendly and big shout out to Ashwin who made the best Hugo Spritz and after being there once it was if we had been regulars remembering our drinks order from the night before - stellar effort. I would go back to Jumeirah in a flash, the hotel complex is unbelievable, and the refurbishment of the gardens and landscaping is classy and very RHS Chelsea. Since we last holidayed here it has improved so much, new Jumeirah hotels have sprung up since we last visited and many new beach clubs which are beautifully and tastefully decorated. Even with the new hotels there is still so much space, we never felt overcrowded. The only negative comment on the design of the new layout was no beach toilet on or near the beach, you had to use the swimming pool toilet that had only two cubicles and which got really busy. My advice would be to build new beach toilets in close proximity to the beach otherwise it is a long trek to the current toilets. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and I would like to personally thank Suman, Katheesh and Ashwin for literally making our holiday so personal and special. Nobi and Hari team leader Lhen were wonderful they brang us a lot of good cremes and the service was excelent very amazing they made us wonderful towel art every day they made our room very clean the view was perfect and the food was the best we ever ate in a hotel
