Highly recommend this hotel. A little oasis in the heart of a busy city. Cracking service and great food too. All round great place. Couple of observations. There is, as there always will be with Dubai, building work going on. There are a couple of big sites right next to the hotel so you have to just accept that and the noise that comes with is and don't worry let it get to you Also, if you are in the Arabian Court, the Drift Beach Club does play loud music till midnight on the weekend. It's not a disaster but sensitive sleepers might find it annoying and there is nothing you can do about it. Finally, there is one very annoying trait that is nothing to do with the hotel/staff, but more the clientele. People get the pool staff to put towels out on the sun loungers before they then go eat breakfast, often returning a few hours later. Given the limited sun loungers that get sun (lots of lovely shade by the pool) this is really annoying and not something you expect in a 5* hotel. Don't do it people! Read less
