Where is it

Situated on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a mere 45-minute drive from Dubai International Airport. The resort offers access to the business district, world-class golf courses, theme parks, shopping malls and traditional souks, while providing guests with a tranquil haven complemented by views of the Arabian Gulf.

Superior King Rooms are located on the 1st-2nd floors, with private balcony, partial views towards the Arabian Gulf and the resort, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed (120cm x 180cm), sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, and Jumeirah Emirates Towers. Transport is not included.

2-Bedroom Suites are spacious at 142 sq m, with a living and dining area, private balconies overlooking the Arabian Gulf and a sumptuous gift basket of seasonal fruits. The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed and the other bedroom has 2 double beds and a rollaway bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 2 children, or 2 adults and 4 children.

Grand Imperial Suite, located on the Imperial floor, offers 310 sq m of living space with a private sauna, terrace, separate living and dining room and master bedroom with 1 king-size bed and rollaway bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Honestly the best hotel service we have ever experienced. Great beach. Brilliant toddlers splash pool and kids clubs. WhatsApp e-concierge which is dreamy when needing warm milk for babies before bed/morning and bottles sterilised etc. Onsite restaurants are delicious and rival any restaurants you’d find in Dubai.

We spent the day at the beach and had a phenomenal experience. Thank you, Santosh for taking care of us! We felt well taken care of and would highly recommend it to couples and families. The beach was quiet and peaceful. The music was also great.

We stayed at JSZ in January for 10 nights with our baby girl. This was our second stay and it was not comparable to our first stay 6 years ago. There was issues with our room when we arrived so the first day was us waiting to get another room. We stayed at JSZ in January for 10 nights with our baby girl. This was our second stay and it was not comparable to our first stay 6 years ago. There was issues with our room when we arrived so the first day was us waiting to get another room. The reception kept promising it won’t take long but we ended up waiting until 5pm that day, basically loosing a full day. The minibar was completely empty when we got to our room and it took the staff 6 days to fill it up after we asked for it twice every day. We asked to talk to the manager which was completely ignored. The house keeping team left our door open and unlocked after cleaning the room. On our second last day we received a welcome card (way too late) and some chocolate which had insects on the plate. While checking out the manager all of a sudden wanted to talk to us and gave us a AED 200 discount, which didn’t make up for all the issues we had unfortunately. We did love how specious our family room was and I personally love hotels that don’t have carpets in the room. But won’t be staying there again. What they charge per room does not relate to the quality and is highly exaggerated. The management does not care about their guests at all. I’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels where we got treated a lot better. Read less

We haven’t been to the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray for a few years but we had a lovely week there. The staff are so friendly and courteous and they are really happy to help in any way they can. We booked the Club Lounge which was fantastic, once again all the staff working in there gave excellent friendly service, also we enjoyed the food and the service in the Imperium restaurant. Our room was cleaned every morning and staff came in the late afternoon too. Around the pool we were looked after every day by Munir as he found us sun beds where we wanted to be, he does a great job. We cannot fault anyone at this hotel and hope to be coming again later in the year. Read less
