I would like to thank the entire Burj Al Arab team very much. It was an unforgettable stay for me. Thanks also to the butler services on the 9th floor. Special thanks to Jules de Poutier de Sone for his great helpfulness and the nice gift. Thanks also for letting me look at everything and everyone being so friendly. Yes, I can only recommend everyone to visit the Burj Al Arab, even if you are not a millionaire. It is an experience you will never forget. From the reception to the pool and pool bar. The suites are indescribable. Simply pure luxury. The Burj Al Arab website does not promise too much. This is exceeded when you arrive. I can only recommend everyone to experience this and to be pampered by the Burj Al Arab team. After 25 years, the Burj Al Arab is still state of the art in terms of service and facilities. In my eyes, it is still 7 stars. All the best to the Burj Al Arab team. Until next time. Peter-Michael Pfleger Read less
Great hotel with some minor complaints.

Burl al Arab is an amazing hotel experience. This was my second time there. The issues I have is when paying so much money you should have zero issues. I had a few minor issues and one frustrating one. So I would suggest to the hotel to make sure these are avoided because now I will go to a new hotel next time.

My new favourite place in Dubai, the welcome, the beds, the food is tasty a very good value money. And there was nothing to say about the service, with a special mention for Cheikh who was so friendly, kind and helpful throughout the day. I'll be back again!
