It's difficult to choose where to stay for vacation in Dubai but this hotel is the perfect one for many reasons; the location within Dubai is perfect to stay there permanently as well as to explore the city. 2. Being an asian hotel brand it has a relaxing feel, nice design and good service. We would go back there happily.

I would like suggest to everybody my experience in this paradise. All was perfect, breakfast , lunch , dinner….. All the people is really friendly , always mind to do the best service for all costumer. Michael , our favorite!!!! I can’t wait to come back!!!!♥️

We enjoyed a short break without the family at this stunning hotel. It had all we wanted in terms of dining and facilities but was small enough to feel personal and private. Great staff and service. Absolutely recommend.

My pregnant fiancée and I stayed at the Banyan Tree Dubai from 3-14 January 2025. We were treated so well from the moment we made our reservation until our departure. The hotel is very well located for couples seeking some privacy away from the hustle and bustle type of hotels that Dubai has to offer. It is located on Bluewater island which has its own shopping area and recreational activities for adults and kids which is a short walk from the hotel. There is also a very nice supermarket and 24/7 pharmacy a short walking distance from the hotel. From the lobby, the pool and beach area, the fitness center, the spa, and especially the rooms the hotels infrastructure is modern, luxurious, and classic and very well kept. The online photos do not do it justice. It is in fact much better. The staff is very thoughtful - upon arrival they had a pregnancy pillow on the bed, there was a pillow menu with a vast array of options, and complimentary snacks and treats which were really tasty. The room was always cleaned professionally and meticulously in line it’s 5 star standards. The gym is modern, spacious, well equipped (Technogym, squat areas, and dumbbell free-weights up to 32kg), with an outdoor area for yoga and meditation too. The pool area is spacious with a heated jacuzzi, large open pool area, and a separate adult only pool. The seats and umbrella are aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The pool side food is delicious too. Make sure to try one of the delicious ice creams from the beach ice cream stall! The beach area is clean and well maintained. We took several walks on the beach during sunset. Breakfast is incredible - they provide an a la carte menu as well as a buffet selection. Everything is fresh and if you are a health freak they customize and cater to what you desire which was highly appreciated. The hotel restaurants (Demon Duck and Taka Hisa) and Japanese Tea section (Tocha) were all well priced and absolutely delicious. Better and more affordable than several high end restaurants Dubai has to offer. The spa is incredible! They have so much to offer and an incredible rain forest shower, cold plunge, and saunas etc. Make sure to visit. The staff throughout the resort were incredible and always went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. A special mention to: Michael - pool and breakfast waiter Nihra - Tocha bar Su - Tocha bar Hamaz - reception Samal - reception Patrick - Valet area The general manager Mr. Sykes made sure to meet us and follow up on our stay to make sure we were happy. This was highly appreciated. We will definitely be back as this hotel provides a personal, luxurious, non-crowded, and high end atmosphere and caters to couples and families.
