The restaurant is amazing. Saver was an excellent server. The portions were massive and the service was superior. Great to taste all the local cuisines. Next time we are in beautiful Abu Dhabi, we would to come back!!!!!! Thanks so much for the hospitality.

(Mijana and Punjab) This hotel is situated 18-20 min by car from all main attractions (Corniche, Yas mall, Louvre etc) The personel is so very kind and helpfull. I want to thank Ramesh so much for making us feel like home away from home. He made a big surprise for me and my kids with flowers and balloons and always helped us plan small trips and the recommendations he had were the best! The Ritz Carlton prides itself on service and they really understand how to put their guests at the heart of everything from entertaining babies and kids to treating you like an important guest of their hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and they did a lot to cater for our 9 month old baby and were able to cater to any requirements we had for our baby from providing a cot bed, tent in our room for our baby to play in and providing baby accessories. A special mention to Rakesh to heads up the Reception team and Shashank and Ousame for always entertaining our baby when they saw us. They both went above and beyond to not only entertain but also ensure everything during our stay was going well. Our housekeeper Lalit was exceptional and was always happy to assist with anything we needed. He also went above and beyond to decorate the room each day which made our stay that extra bit special. He was always on hand to assist with anything and the decorations he made with the towels in our room blew us away. He's a very talented housekeeper and an asset to Ritz Carlton. Everyone at pool side also went above and beyond and even offered to help us take things to our room as we had our hands full. A special mention to Rafiq and Zain. A special thank you to Roshan and Poonima who ensured there was fresh food for our baby each morning and evening when we ordered food to our room for our baby. With this in mind, I can only give 4 stars because we were kept waiting for 50 mins for food to be delivered for our baby on our last day which was ordered in the morning to be delivered to our room. I unfortunately had to follow up numerous times to ensure it was on its way and we had to revert to something else to keep our crying baby full. This error and mis communication was followed up and the staff were very apologetic upon our check out. Despite this small issue, I would certainly visit the Ritz Carlton again and would happily recommend the hotel and resort to everyone. Read less
