Villa Nautica, Paradise Island offers over 200 villas suites, all with air-conditioning, in-room safe, complimentary WiFi access, complimentary beach towels, satellite TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar* and twice daily housekeeping.

Beach Villas feature an outdoor shower, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Half Board: daily breakfast and either lunch or dinner at Bageecha or *The Lagoon.

All-Inclusive: includes breakfast lunch and dinner at Bageecha or The Lagoon, as well as one à la carte meal per person, per stay, when staying a minimum of five nights. All-day soft drinks, mineral water, select specialty drinks such as milkshakes, open bar service including a selection of red, white and sparkling wine by the glass, beer, choice of international branded spirits and a selection of cocktails and mocktails, from 10:00am until 01:00am. Beverages at à la carte are not part of the All-Inclusive plan. Drinks will however, be served from an All-Inclusive menu at these outlets. All-Inclusive guests will receive a 15% discount at à la carte restaurants. Mini-bar with two beers, two soft drinks, two juices, two wines and two assorted snack items (replenished once per day). Snorkelling equipment, all land sports and one sunset fishing excursion per person, per stay when staying a minimum of 6 nights. 10% discount on selected dive rates and 15% off spa treatments. Canoeing and windsurfing available for 1-hour per day, subject to availability and prior booking.

Room upgrades

Two-Bedroom Family Beach Villa is larger in size than the Deluxe Beach Villa with the addition of a separated living area. Sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Water Villa's are perched above the lagoon on stilts, with steps leading straight into the ocean. The Water Villa also provides a private sundeck for you relax and take in the sounds of the sea. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Beach Pool Villas offer stunning ocean views from the private plunge pool. This room type also offers direct beach access. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Beach Pool Villa offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Beach Pool Villa, but with the addition of a private beach cabana. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Deluxe Beach Pool Villa feature indoor and outdoor seating areas, private pool with sun terrace and direct access to the beach. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Water Villas with Whirlpool offers the same great amenities as the Water Villa, with the addition of a private whirlpool on the villa's sundeck. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Ocean Beach Pool Villas offer peace and tranquillity in one of the most undisturbed areas of the resort. With it's very own private pool and sundeck, this is the choice place to unwind. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

One-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool offer generous living space and a plunge pool on the private sundeck. Complimented by direct step access to the ocean, this suite is positioned for astonishing sunrise views. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Two-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool provides a similar layout to the one-bedroom alternative, with an additional bedroom and a sweeping plunge pool across the private sundeck. Sleeps maximum 4 adults.

Two-Bedroom Beach Villas with Two Pools are also available, sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

It's a 2-3 star hotel maximum . restaurant is just a university canteen . Only chicken and tuna. no juices . shallow water 1 meter depth during high tides. Smell of garbage island which is close by . need to pay extra if you want sea view at breakfast

Not what you expect from 5* hotel

It’s not my first time in Maldives in 5* hotel and I choose this specifically due to its easy transfer. But that’s the only good thing you will probably get in this hotel. Villa Nautica 5* hotel that feels like 3* although you will probably get better treatment from the staff in 3* hotel. Rude waiters at the restaurant Lagoon that rolling their eyes no matter what you ask for. It’s either luck of training from the management or simple luck of education. Ordering coffee at the breakfast takes forever to be brought to your table while restaurant being simply empty. Check in and check out takes forever even while reception area practically empty. We waited half an hour for our check out while they “checked the mini bar”. Basically whatever you ask for the answer you get in most of the cases “not allowed”. Don’t expect “All inclusive” service from this hotel because you will simply won’t get it. They will serve you the cheapest wines and cocktails don’t have any alcohol inside. Buffet lunch and dinner merely have any food options that either extremely oily or not fresh that left over from breakfast or lunch time. For this price you have much better hotels with much better service as well. Read less

Amazing stay, can’t recommend enough❤️

(We got the all inclusive package and the water villa, so this review is from that perspective) We just came back from an incredible trip to Villa Nautica, got exactly what we were looking for. Nice and relaxing holiday with beautiful scenery and extremely polite staff. The food had a lot of options, fresh fruit and salads everyday and the special grilled food by the chef was amazing, especially the daily grilled fish. Dinner every night was a new theme and new take on food. It was so exciting to see ‘bbq day’ ‘Indian night’ or ‘street food’ as the upcoming theme and seeing the food be so drastically different. Our server in The Lagoon restaurant (where the water villas are) named Bilal was incredible, he deserves an extra shout out, no plate was left on the table, our cups were always full of water and he always seemed to turn up when we wanted something ordered. Incredible service. The drinks and the all inclusive selection was super, and refilled the minibar once a day. We were not without extras. We enjoyed coming to the beach bar at night. There were activities for every day, and some of the entertainment was incredible ( the Maldivian culture and the fire show were our favorites). We stayed at the water villas and it was the best hotel experience I have ever had and probably ever will. Having a bath on the porch watching the stars at night was something out of this world. The rooms were spacious, 2 sinks in the bathroom was a nice touch, and the sheets on the bed were amazing to sleep on. The pillows could have been a bit more firm, but that’s probably the only thing to really say about the room. The marine life was amazing, snorkelled our hearts out to the point of exhaustion😅 the family of sharks that live in the villa area were always close by when we swam. Highly recommend the All Inclusive package, having extra stuff in the room, and a selection of drinks whenever you want them made it more enjoyable than the vacation had a right to be. Having a host that you can contact at a moment’s notice was fantastic and thank you to Dave who was at our beck and call for the entire trip and was more than happy to answer any question we had. My husband got a severe burn on his shoulder and Dave immediately booked a trip to the clinic and escorted us there no questions asked (wear sunblock. You don’t want to be in your room for 3 days healing when the water is so beautiful.) Read less
